VD Vír I. pendulums - data collection

Special electromechanical sensors, developed by BVT Technologies, are activated by our system every half an hour and measure the position of the dam pendulum.

Measured data and fault conditions are transmitted via a data link to the dam’s control room, where a data acquisition unit with a data buffer is located. This unit transmits the measured data to the information system of the Morava River Basin, emulating the protocol of the original device from the 1990s. years, and at the same time the data is stored and made available on a web server for remote control.

The device is also capable of emergency communication via GSM module, especially in case of fault conditions.
