Polarity Checker for loudspeaker testing
The speaker is connected to the output of the Polarity Checker, which sends pulses of known polarity to the speaker. A microphone is connected to the Polarity Checker to capture the sound produced. The Polarity Checker then uses synchronous detection to determine the polarity of the speaker and evaluates it as either correct (NO) or incorrect (NOK).
Depending on the instrument settings, the Polarity Checker can automatically connect our other product to the speaker after verifying the correct polarity of the wiring: Speaker Tester – sweep NF generator
