Polarity Checker for loudspeaker testing
The speaker is connected to the Polarity Checker’s output, which sends pulses of known polarity to the speaker. A microphone is connected to the Polarity Checker to pick up the sound it generates. The Polarity Checker then uses synchronous detection to determine the speaker’s polarity and evaluates it as either correct (NO) or incorrect (NOK).
Depending on the device settings, after verifying the correct polarity of the connection, the Polarity Checker can automatically connect our other product to the speaker: the Speaker Tester—sweep NF generator.
