Paint shop productivity display
Special applications of our production tracking system.
Based on information from sensors detecting trolley passes in a semi-automatic paint shop, the productivity of an automatic cataphoresis painting line and two paint booths is monitored.
Hourly productivity is displayed on a light board along with a red/yellow/green colour rating.
After each shift, a record is automatically emailed in an easy-to-process format, e.g. in MS Excel.
