Control system of the hydraulic reinforcement pressure station
The control system is distributed, using the CAN-BUS to connect the components – this has resulted in considerable savings in cabling, improved diagnostics and improved reliability, which has proved to be very useful in the difficult operating conditions of the Ukrainian mines: the main communication line has four wires, compared to about a hundred wires in older equipment.
The colour display of the central control unit shows the operating conditions, faults, pressures and motor hours of the individual systems.
