DFM Produced Piece Count and Productivity Dashboard

The device is designed to monitor the productivity of the production line. The number of pieces produced at each workstation since the start of the shift is displayed on a large LED display; the displayed number is coloured according to the productivity of the last e.g. 30 minutes: power above standard is displayed in green, within standard in yellow, below standard in red, production failure in flashing red. Optionally, it is possible to display the plan execution as a percentage or display the data in a simple graph.

The device can be connected to a LAN, which sends a report to the production manager at the end of each shift on the number of pieces produced and a time report, which can be processed, for example, in MS Excel.

The device can be integrated with our production efficiency monitoring system. It is also possible to connect the system via LAN with superior information systems, for example, based on XML data.

Input data on the number of pieces produced is usually obtained by specially installed detectors (e.g. inductive sensors). It is also possible to connect to the line control system, e.g. MODBUS-RTU, via LAN or data can be read from our production efficiency monitoring system.

The price of a typical installation ranges from 20 – 40 000 CZK depending on the exact design and local conditions for one monitored line.

Delivery time is usually 4-7 weeks.
