We offer custom manufacturing of chargers – dischargers (loads) for measuring cell and battery parameters.
We are able to produce devices with voltage ranges up to 100 V and currents up to 50 A.
The MUP-2 version shown in the photo allows charging and discharging in the range of 0 to 20 V, 2.5 A. The device is controlled via Ethernet from software created in the ControlWeb system (the communication protocol is documented). The instrument includes three inputs for connecting additional measuring devices. The accuracy of individual measurements ranges from 0.1 to 0.3%.
The more advanced MUP-3 version adds pulse charging and discharging in the range of 4 to 20 A. Measurement cycles can be controlled by the device’s internal sequencer with millisecond resolution. The device sequencer is programmed with scripts in C, so it is able to control even complex measurement procedures dependent on e.g. on the mathematical model of the connected battery or adjust the charging or discharging parameters according to the actual measured values.
