Custom electronics design and manufacturing

A complex of electronic equipment for a smart public transport stop, consisting of a nearly four-metre long colour RGB LED display at the top of the shelter, a pair of interactive touchscreens in the side panel and an area for charging mobile phones via cable or Qi wireless standard. The system also includes a Wi-Fi hotspot.

For Entrant we have developed a wearable special device for measuring physiological functions. The measured data is used to calculate stress using a unique thermodynamic approach. The target group is astronauts, soldiers, medical professionals or top athletes. This is what Forbes wrote about the project. The instrument was tested at the Czech polar base in Antarctica and on a simulated ESA mission in Iceland.

For Alfa3, a leading manufacturer of metal furniture, we have developed electrical equipment for parcel delivery and storage boxes including cloud-based software in several versions (including solar-powered). More on the manufacturer’s website: parcel box production

To meet the needs of multiple projects, we have developed our own SOM module on the ARM/Allwinner A64 platform, running at 1.1 GHz with 1 GB RAM with full embedded Linux support (Yocto). The module is hardware compatible with the Raspberry CM3 and can be used as a direct hardware replacement for this microcomputer – and is also used in applications affected by the long-term unavailability of the Raspberry CM3.

The advantage is also higher performance and some integrated extra peripherals (audio, Ethernet).

We completely developed a special tablet for the customer with high computing power, a robust aluminum frame and superior battery life (9000 mAh). The tablet is based on the Allwinner chip, which contains, among other components, four ARM Cortex-A7 processor cores with a maximum clock speed of 1.2 GHz and an internal graphics card.
