Terms and Conditions

General provisions

The Seller is the company EGMedical, s.r.o., Filipínského 1534/55, Brno 615 00, ID: 26216043 VAT: CZ26216043, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

The buyer is a natural or legal person who has concluded a purchase contract with the seller (hereinafter referred to as the “buyer”).

The purchase contract, on the basis of which the sale of goods is realized by the seller to the buyer, is created on the basis of an order via the eshop, email or telephone. The order (or part thereof) is considered binding for both parties. Confirmation of the order by the seller means an automatic email about the acceptance of the order into the system. The essential conditions are considered to be the content of the order (exact specification of the goods and their number), the price for the goods and transport, the method and date of delivery.

Prices

The prices on the WWW pages and in written communication with our company are quoted without VAT, unless otherwise stated. The prices on the e-shop are quoted for unit purchases, unless otherwise stated.

Order cancellation

The buyer has the right to cancel the order without giving any reason immediately after placing it. At the time of order processing by the Seller only if both parties agree to cancel the order. In the event of cancellation of the order by the buyer, the buyer is obliged to pay the seller for the damage caused by this action – we will claim this in particular in the event that work is outsourced to external suppliers or custom parts are ordered to fulfil the order.

Cancellation of the order by the seller: the seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part of it without giving any reason, especially if the production of the requested goods has been terminated or the goods are unavailable. In these cases, the seller contacts the buyer and arranges further action. If the buyer has already paid part or all of the price, this amount will be refunded within seven days.

Purchasing natural persons have the right under Act 367/2000 Coll. the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods (does not apply to legal entities!). This option applies by law only to the purchase of standard goods, and therefore does not apply to custom modifications, and only applies to the conclusion of a purchase contract and the purchase of goods by means of remote communication. If you decide to return the goods, please contact us. Please send the returned goods to our address by prior arrangement. Returned goods must not show signs of use, must be undamaged, in their original packaging, complete (including accessories, data carriers, instructions) and including the sales receipt. Please send the goods insured, not COD. If these conditions are met, we will transfer the refund to your account within 14 days. If any of these conditions are not met, we cannot accept the withdrawal and the goods will be returned.

In the event that a consumer dispute arises between us and the consumer under a contract of sale or a contract for the provision of services, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated body for the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is:

The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Cash payments, credit card payments

We currently do not allow cash payments (e.g. for personal collection) or credit card payments. Payments can be made to our account in CZK, EUR, USD or cash on delivery.

Shipping, delivery terms

As a standard, we send goods by DPD CZ s. r. o.

We charge postage from 150 CZK without VAT according to the weight of the package for the whole Czech Republic, from 220 CZK without VAT according to the weight of the package for Slovakia and EU. We can send all these variants by cash on delivery (+ 20 CZK without VAT).

Personal collection at the company’s headquarters is only possible after payment in advance or by using the QR code on the invoice when taking delivery of the goods. If you are interested in personal collection, please let us know in the note. Personal collection is free of charge.

We can and do sell goods outside the EU using DPD CZ s. r. o. or DHL Express s.r.o., the details of transport must be agreed in advance.
